Why is it so important to train the pelvic floor and vaginal muscles?
The pelvic floor muscles support the weight of our pelvic organs and tend to weaken during events of daily living such as pregnancy, lack of exercise or menopause.
By training these muscles, we strengthen them, avoid problems like urine leakage, and increase the quality and power of orgasms. Remember that the balls are first cleaned with a good toy cleaner to maximize their useful life.

If you are a beginner, we recommend you to use the light pink ball (15g) and the blue one (25g) first. Lie on the bed or mat where you feel most comfortable and insert the balls about 2 cm from the vagina without inserting them too deeply. A water-based lubricant can also be used for better insertion. It is very important that you are relaxed, control your breathing and relax your vagina muscles.
To do the exercises correctly:
- With the ball in the vagina, tighten your muscles (as if you're stopping the flow of urine) and try to lift the ball

Hold the contraction for 2 to 10 seconds (as needed) while inhaling deeply

Release the air and the contraction and rest for the same amount of time that you performed the contraction (e.g. 3 sec contraction - 3 sec rest - 3 sec contraction - 3 sec rest)
It is recommended to do an exercise of 10 reps per day, but gradually progress at your own pace until you can reach 10 reps.
