Strong pelvic floor muscles can contribute to more intense orgasms and also help fight involuntary urine leakage, such as after pregnancy.
Train every day for about 20 minutes alternating with the different weights, start with the purple, yellow or turquoise single ball: they each weigh 40 g and are a perfect start for beginners. Use a small amount of water-based lube for a comfortable feel.
Over time, you can switch to double support and combine the pink and blue balls: these weigh 50 and 60 g. Both holders are very flexible and elastic, so that the different balls can be easily changed. There is a drawstring cord at the bottom for quick and easy removal.
This set is made from body-safe silicone that can be easily cleaned with warm water and a mild antibacterial soap after use. A toy cleaner is suitable for disinfection in order to minimize (harmful) bacteria.
